Delivery Information
To receive your purchased product, you must join our Discord server after checkout. All delivery and communication will be handled through Discord to ensure a smooth and fast process.
For most services, access to your Rockstar account is required in order to complete the order. We strongly recommend changing your account credentials immediately after the service is completed for your security and peace of mind.
Delivery times may vary depending on the service purchased, but we always aim to complete orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you have any questions, our support team is always available through Discord.
After you pay, you will be redirected to a page where you can access your purchased content immediately.
We also send a link to this page to the email you entered during checkout.
If you've checked your email inbox and can't find it there, please navigate to the spam folder and see if the email accidentally ended up there.
A final solution is to log into the customer portal, which is accessible by navigating to /customer-portal and signing in. Here you can see all your previous purchases on our store.
Note that if you paid with PayPal, the order will have been sent to the PayPal email you paid with (this is done to prevent fraud, sorry for the inconvenience!)
